Knox County Child Advocacy Center partnered with the National Children's Alliance for a nationwide public campaign to help kids have the courage it takes to talk about sexual abuse. Child Advocacy Centers have a unique role in providing comprehensive services to child victims of abuse. It is important to learn the signs of abuse and report abuse to local law enforcement or the Department of Children and Family Services at 1-800-ABUSE.
